Hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery
We're confident you'll love your Deck Kingdom products — but if for any reason they don't meet your expectations, we offer simple, no-fuss returns. Please read the details below before requesting a return so we can process everything quickly for you.

Returning Goods
If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, you'll first need to notify us and receive confirmation that your request has been approved — this can be done by phone or email.
To request a return, please email us at info@deckkingdom.co.uk or call 0161 399 1837. Once we've received your request, we'll get in touch to discuss the best return method for you.
30-Day Policy
Refunds and returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
Condition of Goods
All returned goods must be:
- Unused and in brand-new condition
- In their original, unopened packaging
- Complete with all parts and accessories originally supplied
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are calculated based on our regional postcode rates (the same as standard delivery — see our Delivery Information page).

Refund Timeframe
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected in suitable condition, we'll refund the amount due via your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds on the same day we receive your goods, although this may take longer depending on the day, time of receipt, and current workload. Any delays in the funds clearing into your account due to the type of payment method originally used are outside our control and not our responsibility.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns within the 30-day window. This covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and re-stocking returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@deckkingdom.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.
All our composite products are covered by a 10-year manufacturer guarantee against defects under normal use.
