Returning Goods
We are sure that you will love our products, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can, of course, accept no fuss returns on any orders. Goods may be returned within 30-days from the date of delivery. Goods may only be returned once Deck Kingdom has been notified and agreed that the request is valid via telephone or email. In order to submit a return request, email info@deckkingdom.co.uk. Once received we will contact you to discuss the chosen method.
30-Day Policy
Refund and returns policy is Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, if 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
Condition of Goods
All returned goods must be unused and in new condition. All goods must be in original, unopened packaging and contain all parts. If goods appear used, scratched, damaged, dirty or stained we will refuse to refund the goods.
Return Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying for collection or return shipping. If a the customer chooses to use there own courier then they are responsible for insuring the goods against loss or damage as we will not issue a refund until the goods are delivered in an acceptable condition.
Refund Time Scale
Once the goods have been received in a suitable condition we will refund the amount required via the original payment method. We will endeavour to complete refunds on the same day we receive goods but may take longer depending on day/time and workload. Any delays in funds clearing due to the type of method originally used will not be our responsibility..
Restocking Fee
Any items returned within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
