What is composite fencing?
Composite fencing is made from a blend of recycled wood fibres and plastic polymers. It combines the natural look of timber with the strength, durability and low maintenance of modern materials.
How long does composite fencing last?
Our high quality fencing typically lasts for more than 10 years. It is designed to withstand weather, moisture and UV exposure. Far better than traditional fencing.
Does composite fencing require maintenance?
Very little, composite fencing does not need painting, staining or sealing. An occasional wash with water and mild detergent is usually all that’s required to keep it looking its best.
Will composite fencing fade over time?
Composite fencing may experience minimal colour stabilisation with the first few months, after which colour remains consistent. It is UV resistant and far less prone to fading than wood.
Is composite fencing more expensive than timber?
The initial cost is usually higher than timber, but composite fencing is more cost effective long term. This is due to its long lifespan and lack of maintenance costs.
Is composite fencing suitable for uneven ground?
Yes. Composite fencing can be professionally installed on sloping or uneven ground using stepped or raked installation methods.
