Trade accounts are for businesses spending £5,000+ a year on decking, cladding, fencing or balustrade, including:

Sole traders are welcome — you don't need to be a limited company or VAT registered. You just need to show you spend £5,000+ a year on this type of product.

Who can open a trade account?
Any genuine trade business — landscapers, builders, installers, garden designers, developers and similar — spending £5,000+ a year on decking, cladding, fencing or balustrade. Sole traders are welcome.
How do I open an account?
Just call 0161 399 1837 or visit our trade counter. We'll ask about your business and your annual spend, and get you set up — there's no online form to fill in.
How does trade pricing work?
We agree prices with each trade customer based on the products you use and the quantities you typically order, so you get pricing that reflects your business.
Is there a minimum spend?
Trade accounts are for customers spending £5,000+ a year on this type of product. There's no minimum value on individual orders once your account is open.
What counts as proof of spend?
Recent invoices or a statement from your current supplier usually does it. If you're not sure, give us a call and we'll talk it through.
Do you price match?
Yes. Show us a genuine written trade quote from a UK supplier for equivalent, in-stock products and we'll match the price — and you still get superior products and better service.
Do you offer a white label service?
Yes. We can deliver straight to your customer's site with unbranded delivery paperwork and no prices shown, so the job stays yours from start to finish.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes. Same or next-day click & collect is available from our warehouse on Whitelands Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6UG.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Our team can talk you through delivery options and lead times when you order.
Do I get a credit account?
Trade accounts start on agreed trade pricing with payment before collection or delivery. Credit terms may be discussed later for established customers.
Can I see the products first?
Yes. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4pm, with weekends by appointment. Samples are also available.
